Dazomet changes microbial communities and improves morel mushroom yield under continuous cropping

Morels ( Morchella spp.) are highly prized and popular edible mushrooms. The outdoor cultivation of morels in China first developed at the beginning 21st century. Several species, such as sextelata , M. eximia importuna have been commercially cultivated greenhouses. However, detriments obstacles associated with continuous cropping become increasingly serious, reducing yields even leading to a complete lack fructification. It has reported that encountered morel may be related changes soil microbial community. To study effect dazomet treatment on under cropping, was fumigated before sowing. Alpha diversity beta analysis results showed altered communities soil, which decreased relative abundance soil-borne fungal pathogens, including Paecilomyces Trichoderma Fusarium Penicillium Acremonium increased beneficial bacteria, Bacillius Pseudomonas . In addition, significantly mycelia improved yield cropping. These verified relationship between community elucidated mechanism by obstacle is alleviated when using treatment.
